Hey all you hep kats and kool kittens! Welcome to the official site of GO KAT GO! RADIO!

I am your host Michelle, and have been spinning the latest and greatest rockabilly and psychobilly each and every Tuesday from 8-10 pm on WNHU since May 2001.

I have been actively involved in the local scene, and have been going to shows for over a decade now. My day to day life revolves around music…whether it’s at my regular day job at a commercial station, working on GKG! and the website, promoting bands, DJ’ing at local shows, or organizing shows, my life encompasses music. If I’m not doing any of those things, then I’m going to see a band play live. Wherever the shows of that week are, that’s where you’ll find me – CT, RI, MA, NY, NJ – the miles scare me not! I have no problem traveling for a good show…and at the end of the night, I always find myself saying, it was totally worth the ride…and it always is.

I have been fortunate enough to meet the most amazing people at shows, and have shared some of the most memorable experiences of my life through music. It has helped me become the person I am today.

If you haven’t figured it out by now, GKG! helps me express my insatiable passion for the genre. This site it my attempt to share that with you with all of you. I know there’s loads of people out there who understand where I’m coming from and feel the same way…putting their all into helping make the scene what it is today.
