INSTED "Live at CBGB"


After breaking up in 1991 Insted returned in the Summer of 2004 to play five reunion shows in celebration of their discography CD which was released on Indecision Records. Three shows on the East Coast, and two on the West Coast. On June 27th, 2004 Insted played the legendary CBGB's in New York City and the show was recorded and documented for this release. 18 songs filled with energy and positivity.
